This is the perfect place to spend your winter months! Our 2 bedroom condo is located in Coquina Sands on Gulfshore Blvd. N. across from the beach, literally a 5-minute walk or a really quick drive. Light colors and pretty, comfortable furnishings make this a relaxing vacation home-away-from-home. The unit has new (2006) Living room carpet this summer, new Kitchen appliances and LR furniture in 2004. Our condo is on the 2nd floor of a quiet 3-story building with just 39 units & wonderful people. The pool is warm and feels so good after your day at the beach. Use the beach-chairs and umbrella and don't forget the sand pail for collecting your shells.

Lowdermilk park is 2 blocks to the north, and Naples Beach Hotel is one block to the south. You can walk along Gulfshore Blvd. to the pier, just 1-1/2 miles to the south, or jog to it on the beach. Or if you prefer to bike, use the bicycles we have. The location is the best; beach across the street, Fifth Ave. and 3rd St. a mile away, Publix and Coastland Center less than a mile.
