Our Old Naples 2 bedroom waterfront condo sits on a small, quiet and private little island right in the heart of Naples. It has a view of  both the Naples Bay (the body of water that leads out to the Gulf of Mexico) and the very exclusive & private Naples Yacht & Sailing Club.  It is close to the beach, has it’s own Marina (fish off the docks) oversized heated lap pool, hot tub and numerous amenities.  You can walk to the 5th Ave. shops & dining or enjoy any one of the boat-accessible waterside restaurants on the Naples Bay.  Take a Dolphin Watching, sightseeing yacht or sunset dinner cruise right from our island as well as boat rentals, fishing charters and a bait/tackle shop.

The master has a king size bed with 400 count Ralph Lauren sheets, separate vanity appointed with decorative lighting, huge walk in closet & private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and one single, full bath, television, and private entry.
