Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home features all new (2007) interior with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cherry cabinetry. It is the newest two bedroom house on the island. All this just 400 feet from the best beach on North Captiva.

As an added bonus, there are 360 degree views of the Gulf and bay from our crow's nest roof deck. Tequila Sunset is one level for convenient living. The master bedroom features a new queen size bed and it's own bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is furnished with twin size beds. There is a hall bathroom with full size tub/shower combination. Our home is child friendly and offers the following amenities to make for a great family vacation. There are children and adult board games, children DVD's, coloring and reading books.

There are no stairs in the main house, so no worries with small children. There is a full size tub for bathing and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. We offer a brand new pack-and-play and high chair. Included in the rental is a four-person golf cart and membership at the private North Captiva Island Club with two pools, tennis, and an outdoor bar and restaurant.
