North Captiva Island beach house rental

...is a 4 story beach house with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The home was new in 2005 and was designed and decorated with island living in mind. The generous verandas provide sheltered outdoor spaces to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of our island. The veranda off the Great room and Kitchen is also set up for dining while overlooking the state nature preserve and the Gulf! This is a wonderful spot to relax and watch the sun rise or set. It doesn't get much better than this! The decor of the home is British colonial and it is spectacular!

Ground level is a imported marble patio/pool deck with an outdoor kitchen, built-in gas grill, sink and refrigerator. There is wonderfully comfortable furniture to lounge in and a table and chairs for dining by the pool. The 1st floor has a large veranda and entry area to great guests, giving access to the 2 Master bedroom suites with rain head showers and the kids bedroom with twin beds and a whirlpool private bath! The laundry is also located on this level. The 2nd floor has the gourmet kitchen, marble counters, with 2 bar stools, fully equipped to handle your favorite island foods and drinks. There is a formal Dining area and a Great room with 13 foot ceiling and designer fan to stir the tropical breezes. On this level there is also the 4th bedroom with a queen size trundle bed and private bath.

There is access to a sundeck and of course to the veranda to serve your culinary delights. The 4th level is a loft with great views of the Gulf and a sun/observation deck... just a great place to hang out and see the world! All rentals come with the use of a golf cart. The beach is just a short walk or ride down the sand track lane Panama Shell. You will enjoy 3.5 miles of unspoiled beach with some of the best shelling and fishing anywhere! Much of the beach borders the State preserve. It's a wonderful place to go hiking and see undisturbed Florida at its best. There are 2 restaurants on the island, a small grocery, gift shops, and a pool bar. Guest membership to the North Captiva Island Club is included in the rental.

RATES & INFO

$2,400.00 to $4,900.00 per week

There is a $500.00 security deposit refundable with in 45 days after the rental less damages if any. Taxs in the State of Florida and Lee County are a total of 11% to be in addition to the rental fee. Normal end of stay cleaning is included in the rental fee.
