Historic Punta Gorda is on Charlotte Harbour renowned for sailing, boating, fishing, golf, & tennis. We are close to Fisherman's Village which has shopping, boat rental, and fine dining where you can watch beautiful sunsets and the dolphins playing. Ft. Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands are 1/2 hour to the south; and Busch Gardens and Disney World are 2-2 1/2 hours to the north.

Our home is quiet, in a very upscale community, has everything new (2006), and is decorated with bright, vibrant colors. It has cathedral ceilings, a beautiful entertainment center, and tile throughout, a breakfast nook, formal dining room with a beautiful table that will seat 12 people, split bedrooms, and a large walk-in shower in the Master bathroom. Come enjoy our 600 thread count sheets! The swimming pool is heated with a cage. We fish & kayak right from our dock and besides boating we offer numerous amenities and we are Pet Friendly!
