Bring your boat or have a rental delivered. The home has a screened lanai with heated pool and jacuzzi. The home is spacious, with an open floor plan for the living room, family room, dining room and full Kitchen. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with plenty of closet space. We are minutes from Charlotte Harbor, Fisherman's Wharf, golf, shopping, restaurants, tennis, parks, and downtown. Ft. Meyers, Sanibel and Captivia are 45 minutes to the south of us! For your convienience, pets are allowed (with permission).
