Featuring an oversized private electric heated pool and courtyard area, this huge home includes deeded access to the exclusive private Venice Golden Beach that is across the street. This offering is a tri-plex, consisting of 2 one bedroom units and 1 four bedroom unit... units may be rented together or separately.

The home is surrounded by gardens and a heated pool and is a few minutes walk to downtown Venice. It is also only a 10 minute walk on the beach to the Venice Pier and Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the sunset. And it is a quick walk to the famous Venice Dog Beach - Brohard Paw Park. The location is at 707 Golden Beach Blvd in Venice Florida. Unit #1...one bedroom ...includes a queen bed and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Plus, Unit 1 has a double locking/adjoining door with Unit 2 that can be opened to create one large oversized vacation area.) The living room includes 2 couches (one of which is a queen sleeper bed and can sleep 1-2), a TV, a kitchen area, a dining room table and a private full sized bathroom. The unit is fully loaded with brand new (2006) Living room furniture with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including dishwasher and disposal), air conditioning and electric heat for the few nights when the temperature declines.

Unit #2...four bedroom... is the largest and most luxurious unit. It features two oversized "suites" with couches and TVs AND private balconies with partial views of the ocean, 3 full bathrooms, and high speed wireless Internet. Plus, it has a Living room with tile floors, a dining room, and a beautiful oversized pool. (Note: It is possible to rent these units together, please inquire for special pricing. Plus, Unit 1 has a double locking/adjoining door with Unit 2 that can be opened to create one large oversized vacation area.) The 1st bedroom is a huge oversized "suite" and has a king sized bed (sleeps 1-2) and a private balcony with partial views of the ocean, new furniture, a couch (which is a queen futon and can sleep 1-2), a TV mounted on the wall and a private full sized bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is almost a mirror image of the first bedroom.
