It's beautiful, quiet atmosphere allows you to enjoy the natural surroundings of an island set apart from the rest of the world. There is ample parking both at the villa and in the center of town. Take a morning swim in the largest privately owned heated pool on the island, a stroll on the seven mile "Golden Beach" and collect shells and shark teeth, reel in that prized fish on the municipal fishing pier, a walk through the lush, tropical garden, watch the birds, play golf at one of the seven public golf courses located within the Venice area, or tennis at the municipal courts in town, and in all, find your body, mind and soul refreshed and revitalized.

Visit Venice Historic downtown district, peruse the quaint specialty shops without worrying about parking meters. Have lunch at one of our exotic restaurants and take an afternoon siesta. Evening brings on-premises putting practice, shuffleboard, live performances within a short distance, all types of cultural cuisine and a treat of our famous grouper fish cooked in a variety of local delectable recipes. The Little Theatre in town boasts of award-winning performances. The local movie theatre has newest releases. The World Class sunsets are free!!! $500.00 security deposit required at time of booking. This is returned after inspection of the rental at the end of the rental period. Remaining balance is due 30 days before occupancy. Cancelation has a sixty - day minimum notice before refund. Minimum stay is two weeks and negotiable.
