A fisherman’s dream as the home offers 90 feet of protected dockage with a fish cleaning station.  You can fish off your own dock or swim and snorkel in the 200-foot wide crystal clear canal. We frequently have manatees pay us a dockside visit and we are constantly amazed by the unparalleled beauty of the marine life which surrounds our home.

The outdoor entertainment area features a spacious covered lanai, including an outdoor BBQ grill and patio bar overlooking a private heated pool surrounded by beautiful bougainvilleas and lush tropical landscaping.  Expansive dock and deck area with outdoor seating, Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges. The furnished screened in patios and porches are a perfect spot to pick up a book and gaze out over the open water while listening to a Jimmy Buffet CD.

 The home features a spacious master bedroom with his and hers bathrooms, bidet, jacuzzi tub and screened-in balcony overlooking a private park with gazebo.  The large fully equipped kitchen and dining room make cooking and entertaining at home a delight.

 Warm tropical breezes flow through the numerous sliding glass doors, bringing the outdoors into your very own living room. This immaculate beach-style home has a genuine nautical flair, as oars, sailboats, sea-shells and starfish highlight the tropical Keys décor.

 The home amenities include: 5 king bedrooms (4 of which have their own dedicated bathrooms), 1 double bedroom, 2 twin beds, 6 bathrooms, 9 foot ceilings, tropical bamboo ceiling fans, marble and Brazilian cherry hard wood floors, oversized fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer.  Linens and towels, CDs, books, videos and games have been left for your personal convenience and enjoyment.
