Once exhausted from the constant relaxation, it’s nice to know that you don’t have to climb stairs if you’ve staked out one of five downstairs bedrooms. Downstairs or upstairs, you’ll enjoy a deep sleep that only a day on the beach can deliver. Wake the next morning and repeat it again. This will be one family vacation you can afford and one your whole family will never forget. Down stairs, Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has twin bunk beds. These rooms share a bathroom and a private screened porch. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a bathroom in the hall. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, a twin daybed, a crib, a changing table and an attached full bath with 2 sinks. Right next door is bedroom 5 with two twin beds. Upstairs is bedroom 6, which includes a queen bed, a twin daybed with a trundle, a crib, changing table and full bathroom. This house is Pet Friendly. Smoking outside only. For guests needing additional space, the General's Quarters is located next door offering 5 bedrooms and can be reserved for an additional fee. This family-friendly home includes a high chair, a children's table with four chairs, and inside and outside toys for the children. In addition, there are 2 full cribs and 2 changing tables. The house also includes a fenced-in side yard and fenced-in courtyard, which are perfect for dogs.

Weekly rentals are Friday through Friday. Refundable deposit of $500 required to make reservation. Reservation fee of $75 will apply. Thirty-day cancellation notice required. Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration. Weekend rentals are any 2 nights during the week (not restricted to Friday, Saturday or Sunday), and are subject to availability. Third night is discounted for weekend stays. During Peak Season, weekend rentals are accepted no sooner than 15 days prior to arrival. All rates and fees are subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher than published rates and a minimum stay may be required.
