Our beautiful condo unit is 970sq.ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and is located on the 7th floor in the West building. The unit is on the poolside with a view of the Gulf of Mexico! The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV on the wall and a separate entry to the balcony. Also, in the master you will find a large window that affords wonderful views of the pool area and beyond! The 2nd bedroom is a junior, meaning it is a little smaller than an average sized room; Its twin bed with a pullout trundle is perfect for children, but can still accommodate two adults. This room has a flat screen TV on the wall and a private bath. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV on the wall, and a DVD player. Our condo has several outlets for internet access. The kitchen includes a complete house ware package and granite counter tops. Our Destin condo is waiting for You & Your family!

The Palms of Destin Resort is one of Destin's newest resorts. Completed in 2007, you will find all the amenities and touches that you would expect from a luxury resort! Located on the resort property are two 12 story condo buildings, several one story villas, Trader Vic's restaurant, The Royal Palms Spa, The Bean Trader serving Starbucks coffee), a beautiful lobby and conference center, and a lighted, multiple level parking garage. RESORT AMENITIES include: A state-of-the-art work out facility, 2 lighted tennis courts, playground, zero-entry lagoon style pool with 5 small waterfalls, A heated pool, large hot tub, kids' pool, and an interactive children's' splash pad. The pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Soothing music plays from speakers hidden within the landscaping. All of the above mentioned amenities are available free of charge for use by our guests, except the Royal Palms Spa, which charges separately. The Palms is truly a wonderful place for families!!

RESORT LOCATION: The Palms of Destin Resort is located in mid-Destin, just north of Emerald Coast Parkway, centrally located to shopping, dining, golf, the beach and other fun activities in Destin. The Track Recreation Center is approx. 1/3 of a mile away and Big Kahuna's Water Park is approx. 1 mile away. Wal-Mart is 1/3 of a mile away, and Destin Commons is only a couple miles away. Landry's Seafood restaurant among other popular dining spots are within walking distance of the Resort. Indian Bayou Golf Course is less than 1 mile away. Henderson Beach State Park is approx. a 3 minute ride away, and is a great place to visit the beach, as it includes covered picnic areas, boardwalks and restrooms. Harbor Walk and the Destin Harbor, along with pontoon and wave runner rentals, dolphin cruises, sunset sailings and charter boats, just to name a few, are within 3 miles away.

Please add to the rental rates, $10 per day Resort Fee, and a one-time $50 Reservation Fee (charged by the Resort), plus 11% tax. Monthly/Snowbirds: Instead of the daily resort fee, a $90/month fee applies. Cleaning Fee of $75 is waived for stays of 5 nights or more. We do not require a damage deposit, only a credit card on file to cover for any damages that may occur during your stay. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25. For additional peace-of-mind, you may optionally purchase Security Deposit Protection through us from CSA for $39. This covers accidental damage up to $3,000. Travel Protection Insurance coverage is also available for 6.5% of your total rent, which reimburses you should you have to cancel you vacation due to a covered reason. To reserve our condo, we require the greater of 35% or $350 down with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
