Beach Haven
We are looking for just a few special people to enjoy our spectacular house this summer. "Beach Haven," as we call the home, has 3200 sq. feet and was built in 2006.  It is the first home as you enter a gated community of 15 homes and the location is just phenomenal. Walk a few steps to the beach, the pool, the bay, or the bike path - or just sit on the balcony and watch the waves, the sunset, the surfers, and the occasional dolphin! PLUS, the house itself is beautiful.  All living and bedroom areas have floor to ceiling windows that provide incredible views of the beach from every angle.  Enjoy the sensual showers with 6 shower heads in two of the bathrooms, plus the extra large soaking tub which is so delicious.  Add to this the teak floors, granite countertops, brand new furniture, appliances, and linens, and as one of my friends said - this house is "off the hook!"  You will not want to miss the opportunity to be one of the first to rent this home. We ourselves have rented many beach houses in different areas in the past - and this house simply has it all. The kids can walk right out to the beach or the pool, and then head to the pier on the back bay to catch crabs (we will leave you our trap).

The bike path runs directly in front of the house and you can ride into town for a little shopping (4 adult bikes included). Or, if you haven adults only group - the house is sophisticated and relaxing. We just can't emphasize how perfect this location is. We just spent the week down there with various ages of kids and adults. The teens rode bikes to town for shopping and goofy golf, while the younger kids were content to capture hermit crabs at the back bay. We all enjoyed the beach every afternoon and then collapsed onto the couches to watch movies at night.
