The family room includes a large family area, dining area and a fully furnished galley kitchen. There is a private pier over the water, with an elevated walkway that provides access from the patio to the pier. Adjacent to the pier is mooring for your boat or jet ski. The water is perfect for swimming, boating and water skiing, and Pelican Haven has a private pier which provides easy access to the water. The area is abundant with wildlife, including brown pelicans and blue herons.

Santa Rosa Island, home of Pensacola Beach, is a barrier island that is adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore. There are 52 miles of sandy seashore including miles of undeveloped beaches. The emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound beckon with recreational opportunities from fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, collecting seashells, and exploring the area's historic sites.
