We recently purchased this lovely cottage as our second home, and since we cannot be there as much as we'd like, we offer it to our special guests, friends and family to rent and enjoy throughout the year. On the Gulf side of “Scenic 30-A”, our home is ideal for guests who like quick and easy access to the beach (short stroll), beautiful Gulf views and family-friendly accommodations. Our cottage has 4 bedrooms and a tower room which makes a great play room or even another sleeping area for the kids. You will be enchanted by our neighborhood, Old Florida Cottages, with its beautifully landscaped lanes and centrally located pool.

Play a round of golf at nearby Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, or bike the path that runs the length of 30-A. Explore Seaside, Grayton Beach State Park or any of the other beach communities, lakes or state parks in the area or just spend an afternoon shopping at one of the charming boutiques or local art stands at Gulf Place which is just down the road. A refundable security/damage deposit of $400 is required upon booking. Reservations are not guaranteed until your deposit is received and you have signed and returned your reservation confirmation form and a copy of our beach house rules. Rates do not include the $150 cleaning fee or 11% FL state/county tax. 50% of total amount due must be received 60 days prior to your occupancy date and remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Adult renters must be at least 25 years of age.
