A reservation/security deposit of $500 is required upon booking. Florida taxes-11.5%. Weekly rates include cleaning fee. Seasonal rates less than 1 week will be charged a cleaning fee of $150(3 night min). No refunds for early departure or late cancellations. Reservations must be cancelled at leaast 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for monthly), or deposit is forfeited. Deposit will be refunded providing there is no damage or theft and all policies and conditions are followed. Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. No vacationing students without adult (over age 25) in attendance.
