Sunset Terrace is a quiet family oriented complex made up of only 18 units. This is not your typical Florida high rise megaplex. We pride ourselves on limited renting. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located directly on beautiful Bradenton Beach. It's supplied with all the amenities one needs to enjoy a long or short stay. Unit #107 has a Master bedroom with it's own private bathroom as well as private balcony and a second bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom. The condo has a spacious Living area with screened in lanai overlooking the Gulf. There is also a Dining room and eat-in Kitchen bar to complement the fully equipped Kitchen. A full size portable mattress is also available for additional sleeping accommodations if one can be torn from the lounge chairs on the lanai. For the swimmer, the warm Gulf water awaits; or for those who prefer a pool, one needs only to take a few second walk from your condo door to the private gated pool and sun lounging area.

Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance use the free island trolley service for further destinations. Jet ski and catamaran rentals are located within a short walk down the beach. We are located only 20 minutes from Florida's famous Saint Armands Circle with all its restaurants, shopping, and art galleries. This beach location puts you close to that the great town of Sarasota has to offer.
