Anna Maria Island large vacation rental home

This beautiful 2-story stilt home is one short block to the beach. The home has six bedrooms, four baths and plenty of parking for your large group. (If smaller group the home can turn into 2 completely separate villas). Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a loft with a bunk bed and futon. The home can comfortably sleep up to 16. The first level of the home has three bedrooms two baths, Kitchen and Living room and the second floor has three bedrooms, two baths, Kitchen, Living room and a loft. It is very open and airy, made with the best materials and is in new condition. The pool area is on the bottom level of the home and is partially covered. The shade is very much welcomed in the summer months! There is also plenty of room to relax in the sun on the other side of the pool as well! There is also a Gas BBQ area.

You will find a beautiful and relaxing covered porch on each level with comfortable seating . After a day at the beach you can come back to the house and clean off the sand in the outdoor shower and relax in the pool which is in the courtyard and completely private. Anna Maria Island has a trolley service that will take you anywhere on the island all day for free. Not only is it nice to avoid parking the car, it's also lot's of fun and I guarantee you will meet some interesting people! There is also a great little waterfront park just a few houses away that has a playground for the little kids. The home is supplied with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From good quality bedding to beach towels and fully equipped kitchens. There are plenty of books, games and beach toys for the kids. You will also find a basket with lots of suggestions on what to do and where to go. We have tried to think of everything so that you won't have to!

Anna Maria Island is the perfect beach getaway for families. Not only do we have the miles of white sugar sand beaches that we are famous for but we also have more activities than you could possibly do in just a short visit. Jet skiing, shell collecting. tennis shopping, parasailing, nature trails, golf, galleries, boating, bicycling, dinner cruises, museums, fishing charters, skateboard park, restaurants, music, kayaking, snorkeling, dive trips, ice cream, butterfly garden etc. etc. Here on Anna Maria Island we also like to have a good time. We have arts and crafts festivals, parades (especially parades!), sand sculpting competitions, surfing contests and many other great events as often as we possibly can!

If communing with nature is more your speed, you will enjoy seeing the abundance of wildlife we have here. It is very common to see dolphins and manatees playing in the water. There are many species of beautiful birds and butterflies and during certain times of the year you might even see the turtles on the beach! We may have lots of things to do and see but that doesn't mean that we have lost our small beach town feel. You won't find a single high rise or the crowded city life here. It's all about relaxing and enjoying life with family and friends. It is truly a special place!
