Our home is moments from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria, Longboat Key or Bradenton Beach and within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and public amenities. Close-by is the highway for I-75 to Tampa airport, Sarasota/Bradenton Airport or to Sarasota for the Van Wezel Performing Arts to take in a live show while here.  It's ten minutes to the Ellenton outlet Mall.  Pool, spa, bamboo flooring, kitchen and granite, landscape were all new in 2007, including air conditioning new in 2008.   A 45 ft Hatteras power is docked at your back door, and a Captain is available, for a tour of the area or fishing, or restaurant hopping, for an additional fee.  Need a lift from the airport? Pick up may be arranged, see if the Rolls Royce is available that would be a additional fee. Upon your arrival a bottle of champagne will await and gift certificate to a local restaurant. Welcome to Sea Angel Resort you won't want to leave.  A directory with local amenities will be here when you arrive.

Over $150.00 per mth ie: Pool Heater left on permanently will run bill up quickly, then this will be subtracted from damage deposit, which will be returned within seven days of departure.
