Enter the front door to a spacious Living and Dining area and you will immediately feel at home. Enjoy breakfast and the paper every morning on the screened lanai, and dinner from the BBQ grill. The family room has another TV and a large electric piano for your enjoyment. There is a separate laundry area with a washer and dryer. If gardening is your interest, there is a large fenced backyard with a variety of flowers to enjoy. All linens, towels and cookware are included. The driveway has room for two cars and the street is very quiet. The house is adjacent to a church and there is a large lot in between, so privacy abounds as well. The Master bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bath. The middle bedroom has a full-sized bed and the front bedroom has a single sized bed. The Family room has a Queen-sized pull-out sofa-bed. Pets will be considered at additional charges.
