This spacious condo (1525 sq ft) has a jetted tub in the Master bath. The unit is on the ground floor and only 30 - 40 steps from the beach. The condo is fully furnished including washer, dryer and sleeps 10. Only 7 units in this complex means that it is your own little hideaway. The pool is right outside your patio door. Tampa/Clearwater/St Petersburg are all less than 40 minutes. It's 90 minutes to Orlando attractions. This is a great place to get away from it all but still be near everything!

The cancellation refund charge is 20% of deposit received. Refund requests must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date or deposit is forfeited. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Visa, Mastercard,Discover,Cashier Checks are welcome.
