Reef Club is a five-story 55-unit condominium complex with assigned private parking, a beachside heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ grills and a fabulous beach. Reef Club is centrally located between Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Petersburg Beach to the south. You will be only 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens. Disney World, Universal Studios and world famous Orlando attractions are just an hour and a half away.

Our penthouse beachfront condo is a great place to relax and vacation . . . and easy to get to for both domestic and international visitors. The kitchen has been completely re-done. The major appliances are all new. The living room furniture and major living accessories are all new. Cable with HD TV services is provided along with High Speed wireless internet. The 42” Panasonic Viera Plasma is new.

The 37" HD Insignia in the master bedroom is new. There is yet an additional TV with cable in the bedroom with the two queens. The mirrored wet bar is new (2009). The gorgeous tile throughout is all new. The granite master bath counter and tiled master bath are new. This penthouse condo has been completely re-done and is gorgeous. There are actually three sliding glass doors to the Gulf. Two open up to the balcony – one from the living room and the other from the master bedroom. The third sliding glass door provides a private view – to the Gulf, from the master bedroom.

The complex has two elevators and reserved parking. The complex also has a heated pool, Jacuzzi, tennis court, lounge chairs, outdoor BBQ grills and the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico is at your doorstep. The building does not allow pets. Please smoke outside of the condo or on the balcony. From the penthouse balcony you can see all the activities on the property, the beach, the sunset and even spot the dolphins. Penthouse is personally owned, personally cared for and well managed - no smoking and no pets please. Families and children of all ages welcome, and Reef Club is excellent for all ages. With living room leather sleeper sofa can accommodate 10 - add $100 per person per week over 8. $500 deposit per week guarantees your reservation. Credit cards welcome. Rent does not include $125 cleaning and 12% Florida sales/resort tax. There are no hidden charges. Extended stays in this penthouse beach condo are welcome from 2-3 weeks to monthly and long term rentals.
