The unit has beach chairs, bikes and boogie boards, so pack your swimsuit because this unit has everything else. The entire unit was recently renovated, is our second home and we are looking for people who will treat it well. Located on a private beach, ten minutes south of Clearwater Beach & fifteen minutes north of St. Pete Beach, you have the ability to relax on the beach in seclusion or head to the more active public beaches. You are on the beach, 3 blocks from a nature preserve, 3 blocks from a trolley stop, minutes from some of the best restaurants in the state (I provide a list of the places that I recommend), close to a marina to rent boats to jet skis or charter fishing, 20 minutes from a pick up for an off-shore casino, close to shopping & golf, 40 minutes from Busch Gardens, & 1 hour and 15 minutes from Disney.

You are 25 min. from downtown St. Pete & 35 min. from downtown Tampa/airport. The community name is Gulfside Villas. For those who have never been to Indian Rocks Beach, it has been voted one the best preserved beach communities in the country with restrictions against high-rises. New buildings are restricted to 4 stories. This makes for a quaint beach community on the water!
