Take a stroll down the street and watch the dolphins frolic in Sarasota Bay as you enjoy some of the local island cuisine. Just a few blocks away are the beautiful white sandy Gulf of Mexico beaches. $200 Security Deposit, refunded once unit has been cleaned and inspected. Cancellation must be made 1 month prior to reservation date in order to be refunded the full deposit amount. Reservation can be rescheduled provided there is availability. $75 Cleaning fee
