This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf front condo is right on the beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf to the West and city lights of Clearwater to the north. You will experience simply unbelievable sunsets and enjoy a pure white sparkling sand beach and heated outdoor pool. Our ground level parking stall is right next to the elevator. The complex is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the Intracoastal waterway and Boca Ciega Bay to the east. This 1100 square foot condo has been professionally decorated and boasts only the best in furnishings and accessories. Kitchen appointments include professional waffle makers and a cappuccino machine. Bring your laptop (if you must!) as we have wireless Internet and a desk complete with all in one color printer, copier and fax.

Madeira Beach has a charm all its own. One of the most popular draws here is John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, which features shopping, restaurants, charters, and live entertainment - not to mention John's Pass itself which is one of Florida's most beautiful spots. Rusted tin roofs and weathered planks all contribute to a feeling of antiquity at this "turn-of-the-century fishing village" as does a 1,000 foot water hugging boardwalk.

The bulk of the fishing fleet docks here to unload their catch, making good the nearby restaurant claims of the freshest fish and best chowder in the area. John's Pass Seafood Festival, held here each October, is one of the Bay Area's most anticipated events, and includes arts and crafts, fishing demonstrations and seminars, environmental exhibits, dancing, music and children' activities. A short walk across the John's Pass Bridge is Treasure Island (shells!), which, along with Madeira Beach, is one of the crown jewels of the Florida West Coast. Treasure Island is packed with beach and water sports activities. Rich in both Indian and pirate history, Treasure Island possesses another of the Bay Area's most celebrated wide-sand beaches.
