If you rent one month, the security deposit is $750. Multiple month rents require a security deposit of $1,000. A $150 exit cleaning fee is deducted from the scurity deposit. The security deposit is returned (baring damages) within 45 days after leaving unit. The $200 owner transfer fee will be waived if unit is rented for more than one month.
