A washer / dryer is only steps down the walkway.  Just 90 minutes from Tampa, two and a half hours from Orlando. Twenty-five minutes from Sarasota airport. Great restaurants and golf nearby. Its not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf from the lanai / patio.  Fisherman's Cove is on the southern end of Siesta Key at Turtle Beach and is very quiet and un-crowded. The view is to the west for spectacular sunsets!
