Our 1 bedroom/efficiency condo is footsteps from the ocean and conveniently located on the 6th floor of coveted building 2 of The Beach & Tennis Club Condominiums. The unit is decorated in a light and airy style for coastal living, within a centrally located beach community. Use our 2 new mountain bikes to check it all out! You set the pace, whether it’s experiencing the Everglades; the world famous downtown Naples shopping and spas a mere 10 miles away or a game of tennis and shuffleboard right outside your door. Or take a dip in Building 2's private, open air pool, golf in one of many premier, local courses, take in the state’s rich history and monuments, fresh water lakes or swim in the ocean and walk over to Doc’s Beach House, on Bonita Beach, to enjoy a great slice of pizza while watching the stunning sunset!

You can walk or drive to access all the conveniences of home and the local community, including the waterfront restaurants, and friendly nightlife. All you need to bring is your swimsuit! We have comfortable sleeping accommodations for four, including a king sized bed in the Master carpeted bedroom (with a privacy door) and a sleeper sofa in the main living space for guests, with plenty of fresh linens and luxuries to go around. The Kitchen is fully equipped from an oven and refrigerator -- to a complete array of utensils, dishes and the essentials to prepare any type of meal. And, our guests never have to think twice about laundry, as each building has it’s own washers and dryers. Florida 's Gulf Coast, with its beautiful cities and beach towns on the Gulf of Mexico, whose calm green waters and white sandy beaches are suitable for sunning year-round is a great place to build your vacation memories!

Low Season (April - Oct): $500/week

High Season (Nov - March): $750 - $950/week

DEPOSIT: $200 deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance due in full, one week prior to scheduled arrival date. CLEANING FEE: $ 65.00 (cash or check made out to: Kim Colvin) Please leave on kitchen table upon departure. At guest expense, mid stay cleaning available upon request. FINAL PAYMENT: Must be received by date indicated above by check or PayPal (if this is your preferred method of payment, please notify Joe Lehner, so he can provide instructions.) Credit cards not accepted. Rate adjustments cannot be made for early checkout, late arrivals or circumstances beyond our control. Please note, any guest staying 22 nights or more requires final payment to be due 30 days prior to arrival.
