One of the most enjoyable, entertaining rental properties available, this property is located at Coconut Point Mall with its 2.1 million sq. ft. of an open air shopping. With dining and entertainment like a Muvico movie theater on the premises, the guests can be entertained all during their stay. Shopping will be priority number one for those who look forward to staying here. Not only is there a large amount of shopping at the doorstep of this unit but there is also two other major malls in a five mile radius -- one being Miromar outlets and the other being Gulf Coast Town Center. Also available for your entertainment is our local arena which often has games, concerts and shows on most weekends. This 2 bedroom unit is located between Fort Myers and Naples, roughly 15 minutes each way to get to either. The beaches, depending on which beach you choose, will be about 10 to 20 minutes away and the airport is located about 10 minutes north of the condo.

This condo will be available for those guests and vacationers who would like to only spend a weekend, a week or even just a night if desired, as well as longer of course. The unit is my primary home and there will be some items that are personal. I intend to use the honor system and expect, and would appreciate the guests to comply as well. Because of that and the desirable location I will be choosing the guests wisely. I will be using a credit card as a deposit until the guests have left. If all is in order, I will safely discard the number. I hope all who are interested get to enjoy the area as much as I do. Thank you for considering.

I will not have any hidden fees for any interested party. but i will hold a credit card as a deposit. if there is any damage, major cleaning, lost or stolen items i will charge the card for what is needed to be replaced or treated. i hope, along with me, that the guest will use the honor system. my home will be open to the guests to be able to mistreat the situation and steel or abuse my personal things. i hope the guests i choose have strong ethical principles and wont take advantage of the situation. If the transaction is a smooth and enjoyable one, I'll look forward to hosting the guests again soon.
