Villa Sul Mare is a new, privately owned 3 bedroom condo, located in White Cap Beach Resort, the newest luxury resort on Fort Myers Beach.   We are just 2 1/2 miles from the city pier and is in a quiet residential area of the island.   Villa sul Mare is spacious with 2000 sq. ft. and has beautiful Gulf views, and warm and bright decor.   This is not a ''condo-in-a-box'' but has been meticulously decorated with high quality furnishings and accessories.   In other words, we want you to really feel like you are on VACATION!!!  The large kitchen has all granite counters & stainless appliances.    You can relax with HD TV, watch a DVD or surf the web with our complementary Wi-Fi.  Outside, enjoy our pool or spend the day at the beach.  We even provide you with beach towels and beach chairs.  Our local Management company is the BEST and will help with anything you may need.   No detail has been overlooked!

A Newton park is located across the street, allowing easy access to the beach as well as picnic areas and beach cabanas.   The city trolley stops in front of our unit to provide easy transportation to the town center.  Groceries can be purchased at our nearby Publix store, only 1 1/2 blocks away, which during "the season" is a convenience that should not be under-appreciated!

Winter 2011: Jan 2-March 5: $2650/week

Mid-week rentals permitted during most rental periods;

FEES: . 11% Florida sales Tax; .. Cleaning fee: $150 for rentals less than one week Minimum three night rental. 2 week rentals save 10%....3 week rentals save 20%.....4 week rentals save 25% Deposit to book is equal to two nights stay. Balance to be paid at check-in. Families are welcome. Must be 25 to rent without chaperone and may be verified at Check-in. Credit Cards welcome All rates subject to change.
