The focal point of this spacious Florida home is it's oversized heated pool in a screened lanai overlooking the quiet canal with access to the Gulf. It's just 7 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River by boat. We are happy to share this piece of paradise with you! This is our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, private home with garage located on a salt water canal which is viewable from the large heated pool under the awesome lanai! We love the lanai and its sliders that open up to the pool area. This is an integral part of our house and it is open to the Living room, Kitchen, and Dining room. You will want to keep those sliders open for the breeze to flow through, and the song birds to entertain you!

In the morning, enjoy your coffee in the lanai, with the sounds of the birds and the view of the canal. What a great way to start the day! Enjoy the sun and fun during the day... remember no bugs come in due to the lanai screening. Enjoy the end of the day... go through those shells you found at the beach and identify them with our shell literature and remember what a super day you just had! The home was purchased in February of 2007, is tropically decorated, and newly refurbished/refurnished for comfort. Our rooms offer ceiling fans and lighting throughout.

We know you will enjoy the fantastic wall art we have acquired for visual enjoyment! A reading library for all ages and games for the family to enjoy are here for you, too. This is a great, quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac; safe and friendly. We are set apart, yet close to everything. Unbelievable! We have a wonderful spot here on the salt water canal where fishing and boating can begin for you, right at your back door! Keep your boat, wave runner, kayak at the boat dock here in the back yard. 7 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River (by boat) and you're golden. Explore the waterways and the wildlife/views it has to offer.

We are close to the grocery stores, Wal-mart, restaurants, golf, tennis, boat rentals, beaching, shelling, etc. Popular activities like these are all within a 15 mile radius. Many of these are within walking distance! You will be sure to enjoy yourself thoroughly, no matter what your likes may be. This area has everything a warm weather lover likes and we are happy to be here for you!

Thanksgiving week is $ 1400.00.

Christmas and New Years week rate is $1400.00.

$500.00 security deposit. Deposit is required 7 days after rental agreement has been sent to secure rental. Cleaning fee $120.00. Plus Bed Tax on rental rate. Must be 21 years or older to rent. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Inquire about specific deposit/cancellation info on monthly rentals.
