Your accommodations consist of a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo with fully equipped, Kitchen, Living room, Dining area, and in-unit laundry facility.

This luxurious, clean, quiet unit on the10th floor has unobstructed, full views of the beach. Master bedroom has new king-size bed and LCD TV with sliders to private balcony, where you can view the entire Marco coastline. Guest room has two twin beds, and Living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. This rental is great for families and couples traveling together!

Our unit has a 21-ft. balcony accessed from the Living room and Master bedroom (with LCD TV). The complex offers outdoor pool, hot tub, saunas, tennis courts, secure entrance from parking lot and beach, ample parking, close to convenience store, gas station, and water sport rentals.
