Enjoy a beautiful water view from this large 3 bedroom, 3 bath second floor condo. All furnishings are brand new and as of Dec 2007, the unit has never been lived in. The upgraded kitchen has almond cabinets and granite counters. Breakfast room, Master and balcony overlook the water. You'll see the manatees play! There is a large open living area. The master suite has a large walk in closet and large bath with roman tub and separate vanities. The two guest rooms have private baths. We are located at Port of the Islands, a small community surrounded by state and federal lands.

The Port of the Islands marina offers wet and dry boat storage and provides direct access through the picturesque Ten Thousand Island National Wildlife refuge to the Gulf of Mexico. The area offers lots of nature and great boating and fishing. It's 20 miles to downtown Naples, 80 miles to Miami, and about 15 minutes to Marco Island.
