This comfortable 3 bedroom home is between two beaches: Vanderbilt Beach is trendy with great places such as the Ritz Carlton where you can lunch, and the other beach is Wiggins Pass Beach which is a totally natural beach with Palm trees and picnic areas. We have provided you with a free pass to park at Wiggins Pass Beach. Both beaches are about ¾ miles away. We believe you will enjoy staying at our house as it has a Great room which is large and spacious and tiled all with Mexican tiles.

Do you like to shop? The house is very close to the Miramar Discount Shopping Mall and all the local shops and restaurants of North Naples are very close by. The private swimming pool features southern exposure. It's fully heated and completely screened with invisible-to-the-eye screening, which provides safety and freedom from insects. The southern exposure provides sun all day. Bicycles are provided for your use. Enjoy biking to the beach. We look forward to your visit!
