This beautiful home offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort! Completely updated interior and all new furnishings in 2009, it has 2,000 square feet of living space and is located in the lovely community of Queens Park/Kings Lake, a wonderful area for walking or bike riding. Close to restaurants and shopping, it is also less than 3 miles from the beach and old Naples, 5th Avenue boutique shops and restaurants. The home has a 2-story open floor plan with two master suites (one on the main floor, one on the second floor) and features an in-ground swimming pool with covered lanai and gas grill. Use of bikes, swimming and beach items, golf clubs, linens, towels and much more are included. There is a spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite counters as well as a lovely living room. The formal dining room overlooks the pool and lanai. The family room has loungers, sound system and new cabled 50" flat screen Plasma HDTV.

Further amenities include washer/dryer, internet and a two-car attached garage with opener (our car is available for use - rate can be negotiated). The first floor master bedroom suite has French doors that lead to the pool and offers a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and beautiful decor. The master bedroom also has an amazing tiled, glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The master suite on the second floor offers two queen canopy beds with entrance to full bath and a balcony that has a lake view. The third bedroom has twin beds and charming nautical decor. Our home is professionally maintained and cleaned to the highest standards. We have a 2-week minimum stay and welcome longer-term rentals.
