Our lovely four bedroomed, three bathroom Villa is situated in Naples, the jewel of the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is furnished to a very high standard. The Villa has a swimming pool and spa (electric heating optional), and a full range of luxurious outdoor furniture and sun loungers. All day sunshine is enjoyed from the extended southerly aspect caged lanai, which overlooks a delightful lake. A set of gents and ladies golf clubs are available for guests complimentary use, along with tennis racquets and a fishing rod for those lazier days. The Villa is situated in a quiet, gated residential community, which has two further pools, tennis and volleyball courts and a children's play area. A short drive away are the Gulf of Mexico beaches and Olde Naples, with it's wonderful shops, restaurants, galleries and museums.

The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV and en-suite. The second master has a queen sized bed, and there are also two well-appointed twin-bedded rooms. There are two further bathrooms, with the overall layout being ideal for two families. The Great Room has a lovely airy feel, and boasts TV, DVD player and VCR, along with a stereo system. The Kitchen, with Corian work surfaces, is fully equipped with all necessities, including stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook, a cosy eating area with a small table and two chairs. The Dining area has a glass top table large enough to seat eight diners comfortably. Broadband Internet connection is available. The villa hosts upgrade designer fans in all rooms. A utility room houses a washer and tumble drier, with access to the double garage.
