Half of the rental sum is to be paid upon the signing of the Lease. The other half, and the security deposit ($500), is to be paid 30 days before arrival. Also due before arrival is payment of state (6%) and county (4%) taxes. Other tenant costs include: electricity over $50/month and all long distance phone calls.
