Old Florida charm abounds in our newly (2007) updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex unit is located only 3 blocks from the beach on the south end of the Island of Venice, an area with a feel that is among the last of the old Florida beaches. The home has a fully furnished immaculate interior. Your own yard and covered parking is right outside your front door. Walk or ride to beaches. We are close to Casperson beach (the shark's tooth capital, environmentally pristine with no condos on the beach), Sharky's fishing pier, shopping and restaurants. The Venice bike/walking path which runs between the Intracoastal and Gulf begins only 1-2 blocks away.

Dog Beach is less than 1/2 mile away. Our pet friendly home is great for those who vacation with their extended family! The Municipal golf course is also less than 1/2 mile away and we are within biking or walking distance to most natural beaches in Venice as well as Venice pier, nature/pedestrian trails, kayaking, municipal golf course and historic downtown. We provide everything including beach chairs and fishing equipment! Just bring your clothes!
