Set directly on Venice Beach, you can exit out the front door, through the spacious pool area and patio (which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining), and right on to the beach of Venice. While on the beach you can take a short walk to the jetty of the Intracoastal, where you can fish, watch the dolphins and ships, or grab a snack.

If you enjoy a slightly longer walk on the beach, in the other direction is the public beach of Venice, where a majority of people from the surrounding area come to relax and enjoy the Gulf and Sun. Or if you are more into a private setting stay right in front of the complex where you can have the benefit of your own private beach area.
