Bring your own boat or use ours (our boat, a 14' speedboat, is available any time).  We offer free dock space for up to a 27' boat.  This first class 3 bedroom home is on a deep water canal.  It's 3 minutes by boat to the Intracoastal Waterway; 7 minutes to Venice Inlet and the Gulf of Mexico.  Relax or exercise in our brand-new (2007) Swim Spa.  It's an easy walk [deeded access] to beautiful Venice beach.  Stroll to historic Downtown Venice or fish from the famous South Jetty.  Entertain friends on the huge wood deck overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.  The home has brand-new (2007) appliances and amenities.  2008 is our first year we are offering as a rental.  Pets are welcome, with approval.  We offer toys, stroller and portable crib for the grandkids.  You will enjoy our large screen TV and our library is well stocked with books, movies, music CDs.  As a bonus, we offer free Wi-Fi Internet!
