$1000 deposit due when reservation is made. After 30 days prior to check-in, deposit is non-refundable. All deposits returned within 7 days after check-out. If there are damages of any type made to the property, there will be a partial or non-refundable deposit submitted. Full payment due at check-in between 3-6pm. Check-out is between 10-11am. Cleaning fee is $200.
