This modern and spacious 3-bedroom semi-detached Villa is situated in North Beach Village - one of Anna Maria Island’s finest and most elegant condominium complexes. North Beach Village is located in the Island's residential area, just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and less than 200 yards from the beach.  This complex has a very quiet and friendly atmosphere, and offers privacy and  tropical charm due to its lush landscaping. A shared swimming pool is within 50 yards of the Villa and is heated for year-round comfort.

The Villa itself is newly furnished and modernly decorated to emphasize lightness and color.  The main (second) floor features open-space living, dining, and kitchen areas, together with a master bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom. A spacious front deck adjoining the living area offers palm treetop vistas and receives direct sunshine from noon until picturesque sunset.  A screened lanai is adjacent to the kitchen area for morning sun.

 Two additional bedrooms with sizeable closets and a full bath are located on the top floor. In total, the three bedrooms with one king, one queen and two twin beds provide luxurious sleeping for six. An extra, air-conditioned family room or playroom with an additional TV set is located on the ground floor behind the garage for additional privacy. This family room leads to a pleasant outdoor garden deck with a BBQ grill, which is an ideal alternative cooking & eating area.  Finally, the garden shower on this deck makes it easy to wash off all that sand and surf. 

 

The Villa is fully furnished with all the comforts of home for a worry-free holiday: a well-equipped kitchen including microwave, washer, dryer, and dishwasher; cable TV with VCR; telephones in most of the rooms, including voicemail and a cordless phone; powerful central air-conditioning, plus ceiling fans in all bedrooms; and so on. Virtually everything is prepared for guests, including bed and bath linens, dishes, glassware and cookware, beach items, and two bikes.  Sorry, no pets are allowed and thank you for not smoking.

The Island has a warm, sub-tropical climate with lush vegetation and an abundance of tropical plants and flowers. Beautiful white, sandy beaches (all public) line the Gulf shores of the island, while mangroves along the bay side are home to thousands of seabirds.  Occasionally, you will spot a colorful flock of parrots flying from tree to tree.  There are no high-rise buildings on the Island, and some beaches are totally natural and unobstructed by buildings behind the sands.

On-site or nearby tourist facilities and attractions include golf courses, tennis courts, museums, aquariums, libraries, churches, state parks, boutiques and galleries, outlet malls, restaurants, outdoor cafés, wildlife,  boat ramps, yachting facilities, fishing charters & piers, boating & boat rentals, deep-sea fishing, jet-ski & kayak rentals, bicycle & moped rentals, sailing,  para-sailing, wind surfing, fishing, swimming, surfing, snorkeling and diving, with DAY TRIPS to Disney World, Busch Gardens, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Sea World.  Tampa or St. Petersburg international airports are about one hour drive away.
