Our beloved 3 bedroom villa is located minutes from the beaches and Olde Naples, it is just off Davis. The villa has an absolutely gorgeous panoramic view of an 40 acre deep water lake. You will enjoy the huge, newly tiled and fully furnished lanai, as well as the inside of the villa in excellent conditions with a real Floridian look for your vacation! We are looking for tenants who will love and care for our jewel; we only rent once a year for multiple months. We will be happy to tell you of all the amenities you will find at Crown Pointe!
