At the corner of Calle Flamboyan (which is same as the Malecon) and Calle Hucar is the long-established Tradewinds Restaurant, & Gift Shop... a first class establishment. 

Anywhere from Fisherman's Pier east is swimming beach with crystal clear water.  From the west end of the Malecon on is coral reef and rocky coast line where one could snorkel.
