 This two-story, 3 bedroom home is located in Karankawa Beach a very private, quiet community that is perfect for families. With beautiful ocean views and gentle breezes the home sits approximately 100 yards from the beach which is easily accessed by a foot-bridge. A wooden balcony surrounds the entire front and sides of the house providing lots of room for entertaining outdoors and sun-bathing while enjoying the sounds of the waves and views of the beach.

The living and dining area are open and spacious and flooded with light from the walls of windows that overlook the ocean. The upstairs loft consists of three sets of bunk-beds and is equipped with a TV and VCR. It's the perfect area for children to hang-out and to sleep. The downstairs bedrooms have full baths with tubs and showers, one bedroom provides an ocean view. The home is very nicely decorated with bright and cheerful accents. The kitchen is fully equipped and the sliding glass door allows for lovely ocean views and easy access to the deck. The laundry room also includes a half-bath.
