This beautiful duplex is located directly on the beach of the Gulf! Open the back doors and enjoy sun, surf, and sand! Sundancer is one of several large homes and duplexes our family personally owns in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach (we found places we like to go, and bought them!).

Each side has 5 bedrooms replete with K,K,Q,D&D,T&T, + 2SS (yes, that’s per side!). There is a sleeper sofa in the bonus and living rooms for even more bed space should your large family or gathering need it.

Each side has two, yes two, master bedrooms, one on the main floor and the other and the third, each with a whirlpool tub with separate shower.

The Sundancer includes multiple televisions, dvd players, cable, internet, telephone with free domestic long distance, two refrigerators in the large, well laid out kitchen, and decks off many of the bedrooms.

A private pool, shared only by the two sides of the duplex, fronts the beautiful beachside view of the Gulf beckoning you to enjoy a little poolside relaxation to the sound of the surf breaking on the white sands.
