The Tricycle house is 2 story house with ground floor entry where you’ll find a full kitchen, dining area, living room and full bathroom. The spiral staircase will take you up stairs to a spacious master bedroom, a kitchenette/laundry area, second full bathroom and bedroom. We recently installed a new water filter system for the entire house with reverse osmosis filtration for the drinking water and ice machine.

The house is surrounded by live oaks, palm trees and long leaf pines that provide shade throughout the day. The front yard has plenty of room for outdoor activities and games.
There is ample parking at the rear of the house.

Even though secluded there are may nearby activities and sites to enjoy like St James Golf Club (Public) & Grill, Gulf Specimen Aquarium, Wakulla Springs State Park, Kayaking the Wakulla River and so much more.
Enjoy an excursion into the unique town of Apalachicola for a day to enjoy boutiques, antique shops, restaurants and music.
