Our bright and airy vintage cottage boasts new furniture, decor and new living and bedroom flooring (2022). This charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation home is conveniently located to provide easy access to gulf beaches, Busch Gardens and Disney theme parks, airports, malls, and the wide variety of diversions available in the tri-county area. The screened lanai offers an additional outdoor eating area with a serene view of an open field surrounded by stately, moss-covered oaks and tropical vegetation. The vibrant downtown area, a short walk away, contains boutique shops, restaurants, historic buildings, lovely parks and a steady stream of outdoor concerts and activities to entertain both locals and visitors throughout the year. Two state of the art medical facilities are located nearby.

Both bedrooms have large closets and storage areas, and a central hall contains a fully-stocked linen closet. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a stove top, microwave and wall oven to make cooking quick and easy, and the cottage has both a spacious living room and dining area.
