$50.00 Resort Fee per rental /paid to management

Damage and security deposit of $400.00 due at time of booking. Payment due 30 days before stay. Damage deposit returned to tenant within 7 days of departure. Maid service paid by owner when guest departs. No hidden fees.Guest must be 21 or older to book. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. NO PETS ALLOWED. Check in time 3:00 Check out at 10:00am. Early arrival & later checkouts may be available during your stay. PEAK SEASON RENTAL 30 DAYS ONLY FOR 2023. RENTAL PAID in full 45 DAYS PRIOR TO STAY.
