All the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated in 2013. The condo is accessible by elevator and there is one covered parking space. Hickory Shores Condominium is a complex with only 23 units, located on the beach. Our condo is on the third floor, in the northeast independent tower of the condo, with windows on all four sides, so it is light and airy. There is a side balcony off the dining room, with an unobstructed Northwest view of the gulf and a balcony off the master bedroom that faces east, for those glorious sunrises.
