Our open floor plan condo is spacious and well appointed. It is a second-floor unit, so you will be greeted with high ceilings throughout, fully hard surface flooring, and a completely furnished stylish unit. This perfectly maintain two bedroom, two full baths, and a large done flow wonderfully. The bedrooms are a split design, the master has access to the huge lanai, it offers a very large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and dual sinks. The second bedroom is at the front of the unit, with a door to lead into the second bathroom. This is an ideal set up for privacy and convenience! There is a closet in the second bedroom and plenty of hangers are provided.

For your dining needs, the kitchen is large and completely stocked with all that you will need to prepare and enjoy a meal. The abundant granite countertops, large pantry, a lot of cupboards and storage space will make it easy to enjoy. In the kitchen is a small bistro set for two and the adjacent dining room offers a round table and seating for four. Or you can choose to sit at the bar between the dining room and the kitchen at the bar chairs that are provided. Plenty of seats and plenty of choices for dining.

Our lovely condo has a new sofa with dual reclining seats at each end, and a large new chair that also reclines. The living room will enhance your comfort while you were watching the new 65 inch LED smart TV, with sound bar. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided.

Both of the bedrooms offer brand new furniture, and both are king size beds. All new foundations, bedding, sheets and pillows. All linens are provided and will be more than enough for your stay. There is a full size washer and full-size dryer in the unit for you to use. We also offer you four beach towels, two folding portable beach chairs and one portable beach umbrella – – and also a small cooler for your trip to the beach or to the pool!

In the den you will find a sofa, a swivel chair, desk and chair and the second TV, which is 48 inches and has a Firestick to use, sorry no cable on this TV. The den is right in the center of the condo, and really provide such a nice open and spacious feel. The unit is over 1300 ft.² under air conditioning and a glorious 200 square-foot screened in lanai!

Wow this is the space you have waited for! The triple glass sliders can open up, between the living room and the lanai. There is a slider door to the master bedroom as well. The lanai will be a favorite place for you, no doubt! It has a whimsical decor and a two seat bistro table, and two additional chairs to watch the golfers go by. our location in the community is wonderful, golf course holes numbers 16 and 17 are our view!
